There are a number of payment options availble, both online and offline. Here are some guidance notes to help:
CHEQUE PAYMENTS: To be Sterling cheques only, made payable to "Just Select Ltd" and sent with a copy of your order receipt/order number, to: Just Select Ltd, PO Box 5684, Dunmow, Essex, CM6 3LX, UK.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS: Available to process online through the secure payment server of our card processing agents, PayPal. No PayPal account required! Simply select the "Don't Have A PayPal Account" link on the payment screen and you can complete your payment with a wide range of credit or debit cards.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: To be made through the online order process using your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can send your payment direct via PayPal to our account identifier of 'paypal@justselect.co.uk'
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS: Payment can be made direct to our company account, which may be more convenient for those customers who enjoy online banking facilities. Our account details are as follows:

Orders will only be despatched once payment has been received. In the case of online credit card payment, this is normally within 48 hours (subject to orders being received before 3.00pm, stock availability and restrictions on special order items). For orders paid for by sterling cheque, 3-5 working days must be allowed for clearance. Once cleared, your order will be despatched within 24 hours (subject to stock availability and restrictions on special order items).
All goods ordered will be appropriately wrapped in protective packaging. Should your goods be damaged on delivery, please inform us immediately. In return for the damaged items and packaging we will make arrangements for a replacement order to be provided.
Prices for postage and packaging will be calculated during the 'check-out' process once the delivery location is established. To minimise postal charges for our customers, we send using Royal Mail First Class Post (or International Standard Air Mail). Should an upgrade of this delivery service be required (eg. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery for UK orders; International Signed For or SwiftAir for international orders) it is imperative that customers contact our office by telephone (+44 (0)8700 111 556) to ensure this is possible and any additional associated charges are paid in advance.
Please note: In order for us to provide such a broad range of titles with a competitive service, we need to operate some titles under an 'order as required' basis. This can mean that certain items will not be held in stock and may take an additional transfer time of 3-14 days, depending on the location of our supplier. You will always be contacted with the status of your order and notified of any additional delivery delays of which we are made aware.
Following despatch, UK delivery addresses should receive their order within 1-2 working day by First Class Post, whilst international orders are generally received in between 5-10 business days (depending on location). Please contact us direct if you require a delivery service other than UK 1st Class Post or International Air Mail.
You will be notified if an item is out of stock and a back order is required. If a back order service is not acceptable to you (eg. you require your order within 7 days), please indicate this by stating "NO BACK-ORDER" in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' option during the check-out process.
To offer complete piece of mind we use WorldPay to process all our offline and online credit and debit card transactions. Their secure site provides both us as the supplier and you as the consumer reassurance and confidence that your credit card details are handled appropriately and protected from unnecessary risk during payment transactions.
Online payments are processed direct with Worldpay. Just Select Ltd do not hold any card details for online payments. Due to the nature of making your payment online, your card will be charged automatically through the WorldPay system. This will still be the case if your order item(s) require back-ordering.
